Day 31: Interesting people

We decided to extend our stay in Villfranche-sur-Mer one more day after our Monaco visit just because we weren't ready to leave. So rather than bore you with more photos of Villfranche and food, I thought this would be a good day to share photos of interesting people we have seen along the way. I have no way of knowing for sure the nationality of any of these people, but there are a few I am pretty sure are French, and one or two that could only be American. See if you can figure it out...

Has to be French. Are you kidding? That bag? Those shoes? French!

Tres French. That jacket with that shirt? French! Besides, I heard this one speaking French.

Brit in front, French behind him.

Could be Irish with that hair!

Busted! He caught me taking his picture. Didn't seem to mind, though...

Are you kidding? That orange windbreaker screams "tourist" and probably American!

At the beach in high heels with a shopping bag full of goodies? French!

Black socks and sandals? Has to be American! No self-respecting Frenchman would go out in public dressed like this!

Hmmm. Looks kind of French, but the hat confirms it. French version of a ball cap. This boy is French!

  1. oo la la. loved the French fashions. I'm not so sure about the guy with socks and sandals . . . could be from one of those germanic countries. They simply LOVE that look.
